Job Description

 

• Supervise and handle all organisational and administrative functions in all areas of the Food and Beverage department.

• Participate in training and development programs to improve personal or departmental service standards alongside the Training manager.

• Provide proactive coaching and counseling to staff and other employees as necessary.

• Look after the financial health of the department and make sure that the outlets are profitable.

• To comply with all the health and safety standards, to ensure safety of both the guests and the employees.

 

 

Remuneration and Benefits

 

A competitive salary of 52,500$ per annum, other perks like a paid 10 day vacation every year, health and family benefits as per the law of the province.

 

Applicants must have atleast 3-4 years of previous F&B supervisory experience and have knowledge about F&B management software’s.
